Before the main payment, we require you to pay an initial deposit fee that accounts for 25% of the total cost of your treatment programme. To ensure our ability to provide every client with the personalised care they need, we accommodate a maximum of 8 people at any one time.
Since we have such limited space, the deposit fee is required to secure your place with us. Our calm, exclusive environment is a big part of what makes our holistic approach to treatments so successful. Yet in order to provide that hospitable environment, we need to make sure our clients are actually committed to joining us.
Before you arrive at Hesten Hill Rehab, you will be required to pay the total sum for your treatment programme. This allows you to begin your treatment as soon as you arrive. Your admission officer will assist you in arranging the payment either by credit card, cash, or bank transfer. The fees that you pay will cover your entire treatment programme, and everything that is available in our facilities – accommodation, food, activities, physical and psychological therapy, and more.
However, although your payment covers absolutely everything you need at Hesten Hill Rehab, you should also bring a bit of spending money to buy things like snacks or souvenirs when we go off-site. When you check-in, our staff will hold onto your money and give it back to you when you need to use it.
We understand that finance can be a sensitive topic, which is why we are committed to full transparency about our payment policies. The last thing we want is for any confusion about money to hinder your treatment. We have so much confidence in the quality of our staff, services, programmes, and facilities that we offer a unique refund scheme – an on-request pro-rata refund, with only the 25% deposit fee being non-refundable.
You can request a refund if you decide to exit the programme within seven days of your arrival at the centre. If you choose to leave the centre after the seven-day limit has passed, no refunds will be given.
The safety of our clients and staff is of paramount importance to us. As a part of our safety policy, we reserve the right to discharge a client from the centre if they are found using or possessing forbidden items.
Alcohol, drugs, and other illegal substances are strictly prohibited, and the possession or use of these will lead to an immediate involuntary discharge with no refund. In addition, any disorderly, abusive, or violent actions that cause disruption or chaos within the facility will result in the same penalty.

Hesten Hill Rehab accepts insurance coverage from leading insurance companies like Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, AXA, and more.
